Important: For hygiene, safety, and customer protection reasons, most intimate products cannot be returned once opened or used.

1. Return Eligibility

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email our support team with:

  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the package received
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Full refund (if replacement is unavailable)

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request cancellation, contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days

6. Replacement Process

Approved replacement products will be shipped without additional charges. Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.

7. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, shipping charges and handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
